When you come to Northern Virginia Family Medicine for your first visit, you will fill out a few registration forms if you have not done so already from home, then will meet the provider who will take time to get to know your entire medical history to establish your care as a new patient. During your visit, the provider will answer all you questions regarding you health. At the end of you visit, you will be given an appointment for follow up and Annual Physical if you are due for one.

We accept  all Major Insurances including MEDICARE and MEDICAID. We also see patients without insurance for a very reasonable fee. 

YES, we see children of all ages starting with Newborn for their very first newborn visit after discharge from hospital. We are equipped to provide all the childhood  immunizations. 

We see patients without insurance for a very reasonable fee: $95 for first visit and $80 for all visits after that. Blood test and EKG would be additional if needed. We accept cash, credit card, debit card and personal checks.
