Northern Virginia Family Medicine was established in 2008 by Dr. Parimal Desai with the mission of providing friendly compassionate high quality primary care for adults and children of all ages while respecting cultural diversity. We strive to provide continuous long-term care for the entire family through teamwork approach while maintaining an enjoyable positive work environment. We provide acute care for common illnesses such as cold, cough, sore throat, ear infections and at the same time we provide long term follow up for chronic medical conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Asthma and Heart Disease to just name a few. We provide School physicals, Sports Physicals and Well Child Exams. We accept most major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. We look forward to serving your healthcare needs.
